Vinyl Floor Cleaning and Scrubbing
First, we sweep or vacuum the floor to remove any loose dirt and trash. It includes eliminating particles like dirt, dust, stains, and grime. Your vinyl flooring Auckland will look clean and new once our crew thoroughly cleans them with equipment and cleaning solutions of the highest standard.
Vinyl Floor Stripping
This procedure is required to prepare the surface for other treatments like polishing or sealing. It involves stripping your vinyl floors of any previous wax, sealer, or finish. Our crew employs a floor cleanser and chemical stripping solution to remove the last wax or finish.
Vinyl Floor Sealing
Our group employs premium sealants created especially for vinyl floors. It includes coating the vinyl floor’s surface with a sealer to provide protection. The coating acts like a barrier to guard the vinyl against scuffs, spills, and general wear and tear. We apply the sealant in several thin coats using a mop or other applicator.
Vinyl Floor Polishing
Your vinyl floors’ surface is polished utilizing a polishing pad and a high-speed floor buffer. Depending on the quality of polish required, our staff employs various polishing chemicals and pads.
Vinyl Floor Cleaning and Polishing Prices
Pricing is based on the size of the area and type of service selected.
Cleaning of Vinyl Floor: $6 per square metre (Minimum booking 40 sqm, i.e., $240).
Stairs Vinyl Cleaning: $6 per step (up to 1.5m wide).
Standard Vinyl Floor Stripping, Sealing, and Polishing: $12 per square metre. Includes 2 coats of polish (Minimum charge 40 sqm, i.e., $480).
Heavy Duty Vinyl Floor Stripping, Sealing, and Polishing: $16 per square metre. Includes 3 coats of polish (Minimum charge 30 sqm, i.e., $480).
The floor must be vacant prior to the Cleaning. It will take a maximum of 8 hours Stairs Stripping, Sealing and Polishing $15 per step up to 1.5M wide.
** All prices are excluding GST.
The price is based on a continuous area. If you have separate rooms or toilets, then an extra $50 per room will apply. Floors must be vacant. For areas greater than 200 sqm, we will send our tech to have a look and then provide a competitive quote. Please note that the area must be vacant. If not, it is the customer’s responsibility to move the furniture prior to the cleaning.

* Please note that we will clean and polish the floor, it will not rectify existing damage on the floor.
** Parking is the customer’s responsibility, where parking is not available the customer will pay the costs incurred by parking.
